Setup our team own worker node instead of nimbus-gateway for nightly testing

Per bug 2301682, nimbus-gateway does not guarantee the response time for each nimbus relate cmd, which sometimes causes part of our nightly cases failure due to timeout. We need to setup our team worker node to replace nimbus-gateway for our nightly testing.
