[Future] Make it easy to create a new VCH based on an existing one

Once users have created a working VCH, they may wish to create similar VCHs with slight variations (e.g., a different name and networks). We should explore ways to make this easy for them to do; re-filling a many-page wizard is not pleasant.

This may be related to #77.
