VIC and VCH TDNF Repositories pointing to old Photon OS Repositories

I had to follow this guide to update the repositories on my VIC and VCH deployments:

The VCH was not able to run one of the commands given in the article, so a copy/paste of the updated files from VIC was required.

Of note - The repositories reverted back to the stale files/entries after a VCH reboot. The VIC stayed in place.
