Missing disk documentation and examples

vRA 7.x version 7.6 Terraform version 0.13.5 terraform-provider-vra7 plugin version 2.0.0

Describe the bug There is no documentation on either GitHub or at https://www.terraform.io/docs/providers/vra7/index.html of how to add an additional disk to a VM. Examples would be useful as well.
