Describe the bug commit: b61ecc2a01e54a50f92c30ff93a5e2edd33942d9 Error message should be enhanced on about-version api when no product version info.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'about-version-api'
  2. Require a product/version that doesn't has bundle info.
  3. See error image

Expected behavior Message should be: "2 errors occurred. service information is unavailable; bundle version information is unavailable."
