Describe the bug pseudo translation should use what is returned from the server instead of the client in online mode

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. request pesudo translation in online mode
2. check the pseudo translation returned the pseudo tag is defined in client

Expected behavior The pseudo translation should be returned from service

Get latest sources and add pseudo tags to them. This is enough for testing. The feature in this issue is unnecessary, so mark it as low priority.
