Help! Is it possible to export templated VM ?

Hello, after an inverstigation in Vsphere UI and SDKs I wasnt able to find any option for exporting already templated VMs. The only option is to use an actual VM which is turned off.

Just need someone to confirm that it is not possible to export an templated VM.
