vcenter_to_vcenter vm relocation

Hello,

I faced with issue when tried to relocate vm from one vc to another using pyvmomi. When I launch this script 'Relocate virtual task' on the source vc completes successfully, but on target vc there are no appear any new vm's. Could you please provide any solution to fix it, or maybe sample code. Maybe I need to add more parameters to specify target node or specify ruleset:
