Upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0 GA misses systemd-udev
It seems that a simple upgrade from 3.0 to 4.0 misses few important packages and this leaves the system unbootable until I install systemd-udev manually. Not sure what else is missed.

For example udev is part of systemd package in PH3, while it is a separate package in PH4 and should be picked up during the upgrade. I've done other upgrades to PH4 and they properly pick up those packages during the upgrade process. I believe grub2-there is for the boot screen update for PH4, without this package the boot screen still shows PH3.
@fillthecurse, this issue should would have been resolved due to updates made to upgrade scripts. Are you still encountering the issue? If not, this issue can be marked resolved and closed.
Similar issue observed, after successful run the command, at last it asked me to reboot (y/n). but after rebooting its not coming up, even not able to see anything on console.
here is the last few lines before complete the upgrade script:
