Need the ability to specify VLAN and LS name for T0 router

Need the ability to tag which VLAN the uplink is connected to the T0 and specify the name of the LS.

Is this for edge uplink? The LS can be seen on the router ports page: screen shot 2018-10-04 at 6 35 30 pm

Then click on uplink-vlan-ls and the vlan number can be seen.
