Support N-VDS as Switch Type for Transport Node Profiles

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It appears that plugins/modules/nsxt_transport_node_profiles.py allows VDS as the only valid value for host_switch_type however NVDS is still in use in many data centers and is supported by NSXT when creating a transport node profile

Describe the solution you'd like

Allow NVDS as an option for host_switch_type and update the corresponding logic (use pnics or not) and API calls accordingly
