VMware.VMC - Get-VMCEdgeNicStat - Start & Finish parameters do not work

In the VMC service 'com.vmware.vmc.orgs.sddcs.networks.edges.statistics.interfaces' the get function accepts a start_time and end_time parameter. According to the Help, these parameters should be a [long] and be expressed 'in milliseconds since epoch'.

That doesn't seem to work though.

When set, the service returns: A server error occurred: çom.vmware.vapi.std.errors.internal_server_error' error

The same seems to happen with all VMC services that support a start_time and an end_time.
