✨ Introduce the VirtualMachineReplicaSet API
What does this PR do, and why is it needed?
This change introduces the VirtualMachineReplicaSet API to allow users to manage a fleet of their workloads that are created using a blueprint specified in the spec.
Specifically, this change contains:
- The types necessary to generate the CRD
- The generated CRD
- Controller to reconcile the resource
- Validating and mutating webhooks
- Validations to ensure that the label selectors defined in the VirtualMachineReplicaSet match the labels specified in the template
- Unit and integration tests for webhook changes
