[WIP] Include total transfer time in DataUpload/DataDownload columns.

This is a preliminary pull request to give extra detail to issue #8095, sketching out the simplest case showing the elapsed transfer time for a DataUpload. I plan to fill this out a little more so the issue looks less nebulous.
