[doc issue] volume snapshot upload will retry when it is in UploadFailed status, this should be pointed out in the documentation

Describe the bug

[A clear and concise description of what the bug is] During volume snapshot uploading, I found a time snapshot CR phase is "UploadFailed", but finally, the snapshot CR phase is "Uploaded", So I'm confused about this state, i guess it will retry when upload failed, If this is the case it should be clearly stated in the doc. As a comparison, the documentation clearly states that upload cr will retry if the upload fails
