More complete link check tests

Currently, the test to make sure there are no broken links on the site works be taking in the link to the homepage and crawling links from there. We've recently seen that we have content that is not linked to directly, at least initially, that doesn't get touched in this test, leading to broken links on the live site.

Muffet does have an option to craw based on the sitemap XML, perhaps this is a good place to start
