Update to latest kn-plugin-func dependency for invokers

Feature Request

We're currently on v0.19 of the func CLI as a dependency for parsing func.yaml. We want to update to the latest version. We want to bump this because it allows us to process func.yaml that was generated by a newer version of the func cli.

There was a quick attempt to bump it but an error occurred (I don't recall the details).
