Scrape AWS and vCenter (govmomi) APIs independently of CAPI

It would be useful to be able to use crashd to scrape AWS and vCenter directly via APIs instead of relying on data from CAPI.

Information we would like to capture:

  • List of all the EC2 Instances/VMs
  • Service quotas

The govmomi is a library for talking to vCenter.
