Make the images in the Architecture docs more readable

Description of problem

The image for cluster supply chain in the docs is difficult to read

Make it readable

Proposed solution

1. Orient the namespaces vertically (currently horizontal) (and do the same for matching images throughout for consistancy)
2. Add a snippet to hugo that makes large images click-to-expand, to allow them to popover at a higher res when clicked on
