Bump SLES from v15.3 to v15.4

Description

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 15 was introduced to the project in the v22.07 release with version 15.3.

This issue will track the an update from v15.3 to v15.4.

Use Case(s)

• Consume the latest SLES 15 release to date.

Potential Configuration

• Update .iso file.
• Update the autoinst.pkrtpl.hcl file.
