Dropdown content does not stick to the element when enlarging/making screen smaller...

1: Open a dropdown with content.

2: make the browser window very small... then enlarge it again...

3: the arrow from the dropdown is to the right, whilst the actual content is somewhere else on the screen.

expected: they stick together always.
