Datagrid: support re-arranging of columns in datagrid

Feature request to support re-arrangement of columns in datagrid.

+1 I suggest that we handle this request in phases as below

  1. For short term, we should allow user drag/drop and/or click to change orders of column from the Show/Hide Column Selector (see screenshot) Screen Shot 2022-06-14 at 2 54 03 PM

  2. For long term, we should allow user select column header and drag/drop them to change order directly.
