Describe the bug PageDown keyboard can't be used on modal anymore to move the scrollbar down

On contentOverflows and Modals if they got too long it was possible to press key 'PageDown' and then the scrollbar moved down.

How to reproduce: Go to a modal window. Press PageDown key

Versions Core: 5.7.1'

Clarity version:

v12.x -> v13.2.1 Other: Framework:

-> Angular React Vue Other: Framework version: ie: Angular 11

Device:

Type: [Windows] OS: [11] Browser [edge] Version [101.0.1210.53]

Do you have a stackblitz example? You said this is core 5.7.1, are you referring to cds-modal? If so, can you report the issue in https://github.com/vmware-clarity/core/issues
