cannot change vctl root folder

I'm running VMware 16 on Windows 10 and the root folder is located in the desktop folder and changing the location does not seem to be possible because vctl system config --cache-location is not an available command.

Same here.

By default vctl create root folder in "C:\Users%USERPROFILE%.vctl " and it would be nice to have an option for that. NOTE: Moving to D: partition and making junction to default location breaks the permissions and user can not pull, create images.

@insource-si I could get a workaround by clearing up the vctl folder contents and give to symlink and target folder complete control to my current user.
