It's great to have Telegram supported! I see this PR before I start coding.

But are you still using go dep and committed the vendor into the repository? I don't think it's good to have vendor included.

Besides, go module is already integrated in kubewatch, maybe you should remove these files before merging, or we should start another pr to avoid these files appear in commit history.

Sorry I didn't notice this is a pr from 2018 🌚, looks like this project is not well maintained...
