Parts of autoscaling docs deleted?

Why is the section of the docs about autoscaling so short? It looks like there have been parts of it deleted in the latest commit, which can be seen in this older commit.

The part removed was a guide to setup a cluster with kubeadm-dind-cluster using a very old version. To avoid confusion, we removed that part. It would be great to have an up-to-date guide with similar content.
