Add support for VCSA 6.5 CLI Installer

VCSA 6.5 install has changed to a two-stage process. VS is deployed with basic networking and then then the services are configured. Deploying from OVFTool only completes the first phase. Need to add tasks for 6.5 deployment using the CLI installer and option to choose between 6.0 and 6.5. 6.0 can continue to use OVFTool.
