Screenshots slow on IE

Hi,

I managed to solve my problems of running the Selenese Runner on a Windows VM as a Jenkins slave, by setting up a VNC server on the VM which keeps the desktop active.

My problem now is that taking screenshots is very slow. It seems to take around 5/6 seconds on average between the command being is executed is logged and the captured screenshot message is logged. As a comparison, this seems to take around 200 milliseconds on average on a Linux machine running Firefox.

The IE window also seems to be resized whenever a screenshot is being taken, then resized back. Don't know if this is related, but it's also annoying if you want to monitor the execution. (Most of the times I don't, so this is not a big deal for me BTW, but I thought it might be relevant.)
