Unordered list item interpreted as order list item

This issue was found during the investigations made for http://www.redmine.org/issues/21181

The following syntax:

1.  this is a list item with two child items.
    -  first child
    -  second child
1.   another item in the same list.
-  text wrongly interpreted as ordered list item

1. last item of the ordered list

generates:

I'm not sure which is the expected behaviour (if the last item of the ordered list should be really the last item or should be the first item from a new ordered list), but I'm almost sure that the list item "text wrongly interpreted as ordered list item" should not be interpreted as ordered list.
