It is possible to associate physical groups to the different tissues to use the meshes with the FEniCS software?

7th issue: A small manual for first-users would be welcome (especially for the DICOM cropping part).

4th issue: I am missing the undo button in the manual segmentation - all the 'hard work' may come to nothing with one unfortunate click, especially with volumetric erasing.
