Can't install a program

Hi, So, I tried setting up winmin on the latest version of Pop_os. I can successfully install the Windows VM, however, when I try installing Office, I get an error. (Also, I'm no developer, so this might entirely be my fault !)

Anyway, here's my output :

I must have tried 5 or 6 times the whole procedure, but every time and on both of my machines (both with pop_os), I had the same output. Any insight?

This looks dead. However, there's another similar project called Winapps that I still active, I believe. And that one worked with me.
