Nice Summary , But there are a few changes please make sure to do them

  1. Make a new branch in your repo and make a pull request from it rather than your master branch and merge the commits into a single commit
  2. In the headings write them simply has heading (eg. Write Summary rather than Summary:->)
  3. In the results "With the above conditions following results were obtained" Add this part separately outside the table
  4. Also when you squash the commits in the new branch name them as ":zap: Added Summary for Machine-Unlearning" without the quotes
