Bind on localhost [suggestion]

root@ubuntu:~# netstat -natp | grep vorum
tcp        0      0 0.0.0.0:8080           0.0.0.0:*               LISTEN      2024/./vorum

it would be useful to be able to set the ip address listening only on localhost
