kern/drivers: Add hda driver

This is mostly ready functionality-wise enough to be able to run ossplay, but there are at least a few things that may need to be worked on:

• [maybe fixed] ~~it currently lacks volume control~~
• it plays the sound to all output paths eg. speakers and headphones at once
• [fixed] ~~if the skip option (-S) of ossplay is used then it doesn't properly exit the program when the sound stops playing~~.
