New features for Beautiful Window

Requesting new features for Window.

1. Option for show/hid title bar and control box
2. Option for making transparent the window
3. Click through the window. Window will not handle any mouse activity for full or certain regions of the window. Mouse activities will work with all other windows through the window.
4. Themeing and skinning support

Why I am requesting these features?

1. Design beautiful custom shaped window.
2. See other apps through the window.
3. Develop desktop app work like desktop wallpaper.

Please ignore features that are already implemented.
