Add links to Hrvatski Crveni Križ?

We should add a link to Hrvatski Crveni Križ website: https://www.hck.hr/ And/or to any of its subpages: https://www.hck.hr/kako-pomoci/volontirajte/29

I'm mentioning HCK here explicitly, because they are the official organization for aid in this situation as far as I know.

We should probably convert the list of links at the bottom of the page to its own page with all the links.
