[Feature]: Control: allow reading control parameters from the metadata

Feature description

Note: I realize that this might be hard or outright impossible to do due to the... peculiar structure of the metadata popularized by A1111, but just in case I'm filing this.

If you restore image information from Control, all information from units and parameters is lost (this was not the case with the old ControlNet extension). It may be worthwhile (if technically possible) to ensure they are restored (as sometimes, with many units, it can be problematic with the UI to set them again).
