[Feature]: Move FreeU/PAG/etc settings to main UI interface

Feature description

[Feature]: Allow FreeU, PAG and any other settings that effect our generations to be placed on the t2i / i2i extension stack.

Self explanatory. Its MASSIVELY frustrating to goto settings all the time to do minor tweaks to these extensions. If these were located in the extensions area (like in A1111) this would be a huge time saver, and reduce friction across user experience

not sure what you mean by "extension stack" are you thinking of basically moving settings -> inference settings to be part of the main txt2img/img2img menus in the left tab?
