Feature description

Since we have --share/--listen/--auth and now built-in queuing I was thinking of a small step into making things even more multi-user friendly by introducing an expansion to that pack of ideas by granting each user specified in auth or auth list their own subfolders for things like styles.csv/ui-config/etc and most importantly output folders.

I think it would be a big step up, especially if it was possible to have things go into a queue automatically (at least for some or all non-local users).

With this rounding out the existing functionality, people could easily share runpods or colabs or whatever else among groups without issue, even 10 people could all share an instance of SD.Next if they worked queue-friendly, and their generated images wouldn't get all smushed together into the same folders, which obliterates any concept of privacy and would make things messy to sort out otherwise.
