short range and add PA/LNA
hi vladisenko
i tried version v2 and it worked . However , i get short range with telemetry , So i think should add a PA/LNA chip to improve range . RFX2402 or others .
thanks
Hello! How many meters you are got? At this moment I ordered another version of PCB with RFX2401, but not tested yet.
hi vladisenko
i only can get <30m with I6 . I need range better to fly where many obstacle , you can up new firmwre here , or my email ? i can test with RFX2401 , i had it . And which is two pin TX/RX for rfx2401 ? my mail [email protected]
RXEN always connect to 3.3v in my PCB. Only one pin needs to control RFX2401. Code has not yet been written, but I try to write in a few days. What PCB do you use?
hi no problem with RXEN always 3v3 . i have modul mini a7105+ rfx2401 , a7105 single . So i can connect it easy. I only make PCB F3 + MPU6500 . i will follow firmware here . and will report result
Hi, any update on this? I can see the code is ready for PA/LNA, but the hardware is still without the PA chip. I'm facing the same issues, it's great for indoors, but outdoors behind trees is a no-go.
The software is ready. But the hardware is not. I think for the Whoop there is no need for PA. The software is tested on XL7105-D03 module connected to the original REVO via Flexi IO port.
