Windows 11 refuses to show notifications.

Since updating to Electronmail 5.2.2 the notification for Electronmail is disabled in Windows Settings. Tried uninstalling, cleaning the entire register, playing with the notification settings in Electronmail and now a clean installation of Windows 11. Nothing seems to help. When I go back to 5.2.1 the notification turns on, but that version doesn't work with Proton anymore. Any ideas ?

The cause could be https://github.com/electron/electron/issues/40532 since app v5.2.1 comes with @electron 26.3.0, and v5.2.2 with @electron 27.1.0.

noticed the windows client also now has some weird flickering issues.
