Page zoomFactor of the Proton Web UI bouncing up/down on email selection action
It only happens if "Page zoom" value is set in the "general" app settings to something other than 100% / default value so most of the users won't be affected.
It was not happening before so likely related to the recent @electron or proton web clients update.
There is no such issue for some accounts. I don't see the full pattern yet.

Second required condition is that mails list should have scroll-bars (vertical).

The problem is gone if I downgrade @electron 9.0.0-beta.5 => 8.0.1. So it's an upstream issue. I will need to prepare minimal reproducible project and file the issue here then.
Unfortunately a new React-based @ProtonMail web-mail-client is also affected. It's a little less distracting than in current stable/angularjs-based client but still happening.
I've just tested the case on @electron 12.0.0-beta.29 and the UI is still bouncing when you click on the mail folders in the @protonmail UI. It's bouncing but in a little different, less annoying way though.
