Menu encoding broken

Using Fedora 31, Snap package, Gnome 3 and

electron-mail      4.0.0                       15    stable    joshirio    -

somehow the text encoding isn't right

I don't have Fedora at hand at the moment so I won't be able to look into the issue in action in the near future. But maybe some Fedora/Gnome/Snap users will come up with a workaround.
