Format the Cluster Summary panel in 3-column layout

Current layout of Cluster Summary panel a 2-row layout where the top row has resource summary and the bottom row has summary graphs. This makes it hard to glance and read.

A 3-colum format may be better where each column contains a table of resource and their current values. The last column contains the graphs.
