Fix for issue #148 (Windows 8 hang on cancel)

@guiserrato Looks like this issue was fixed in https://github.com/wildabeast/BarcodeScanner/pull/230 and https://github.com/phonegap/phonegap-plugin-barcodescanner/pull/1 (which is a replacement for the first one) Could you please check if hang still occurs with those PRs?
