loading trained ctc model and creating confusion matrix

Sorry to bother you but I am trying to load a trained model using your code. However, I suppose my method is false because I get very low accuracy from what I should normally get. Can you show me how you load a ctc model and use it to create a confusion matrix because I have trouble doing so.
