Overfitting or not ?

Last tp lines of training/testing model: epoch = 39, WA Tr = 0.99, UA Tr = 1.00, WA Te = 0.97, UA Te = 0.64, CTC Tr = 0.09, CTC Te = 0.21, time = 0.59mins epoch = 40, WA Tr = 0.99, UA Tr = 1.00, WA Te = 0.97, UA Te = 0.63, CTC Tr = 0.16, CTC Te = 0.22, time = 0.59mins

Is it the evidence of overfitting or not ? I tried to use algo for different database (not IEMOCAP).
