precision not working when onFocus

Hello, first of all - thank you for your work.

these are my settings, but precision showing number in an "e" format until reaching 0.00000100 the numbers are changing to the right format when I'm onBlur, i mean, when the user is out of focus. but only when using the up&down arrows, its showing the wrong format.

I saw a previous issue on that here, and the solution was, i supposed, using format={parseFloat} , but when I'm using that - it won't format at all. any help with it?
