Firefox refuses to download the file gle-4.3.5-win64s.exe. The message “This file contains a virus or malware” appears. This also applies to the zip version. The 7z file can be downloaded but virustotal reports “8/63 security vendors flagged this file as malicious”
This is a false positive. I submitted it to Microsoft, but not expecting any action soon. You can try to download the pre-release of 4.3.6, which is under Actions->Build & Package Windows->Artifacts->GLE Binary Distributable Windows. This does not trigger the virus detection.
Closing issue. There are usual warmings from Microsoft now when downloading latest release. But no virus warnings. File has been submitted to Microsoft for verification but it maybe something that will not go away due to GLE being downloaded infrequently.
