Functionality: timecode audio track

In brief

It would be great to have a time tracking functionality introduced.

It could be an option to include a special audio track which carriers LTC timecode in SMPTE format. Here is a library for the reference https://github.com/x42/libltc .

Problem statement

Working on big videos including multiple tracks requires synchronization. The LTC timecode is an industry standard which is supported by majority of editors.

Imagine a use-case, filming a video with live code session on a screen, author's narrative and switching between others views (e.g. narrator, an external hardware demonstrated after code for Arduino is compiled and flashed).

Most of the recording devices (video and audio) is equipped or equitable with the timecode functionality. It would be great to have the same option in screen recording process, in vokoscreenNG in particular.
